LI-AR0820-GMSL2-110H

The AR0820 camera module features an 8.3MP CMOS RCCB sensor with a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and a 1/2″ optical format. It delivers 12-bit RAW data output and supports 12V power. Equipped with a GMSL2 serializer and a FAKRA Z-type connector, the module ensures robust connectivity. Designed for durability, it is IP67-rated for water resistance and operates in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. The compact module measures 30 x 30 x 29.2 mm and weighs 45 g, making it ideal for demanding environments.

The LI-IMX274-MIPI-M12 is a MIPI CSI-2 camera equipped with Sony diagonal 7.20 mm (Type 1/2.5) CMOS image sensor IMX274 which could achieve low power consumption, high sensitivity, no smear and low dark current. This camera outputs 10-bit / 12-bit RAW data.

LI-OV5640-MIPI-AF

The LI-OV5640-MIPI-AF camera module offers a compact design measuring 36.25 x 8.50 x 5.50 mm and features the OV5640 sensor with a QSXGA resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels. It supports multiple output formats, including 1080P at 30 fps, 720P at 60 fps, and VGA at 90 fps. The module includes a 1/4″ lens with a 65° ± 3° field of view and a focus range from 10 cm to infinity. Designed for versatility, it features a rolling shutter, 8-bit/10-bit RGB RAW output, and operates within a temperature range of -30°C to 70°C. The module’s power supply requirements include 1.5V for the core, 2.8V typical for analog power, and 1.8V/2.8V for I/O.

This camera solution is compatible with the NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit and USB30 Kit, featuring the LI-IPEX-FPC24-ADP adapter board. It integrates the Nuvoton VGA-Pixel TOF and IR Image Sensor KW33000A1K with a resolution of 640 x 480 active pixels. Equipped with a 940 nm dot and flood VCSEL, it supports 2-lane MIPI and 12-bit RAW output, ensuring reliable performance for various imaging applications.
